Our multi-purpose event space includes a front and back room, seating for up to 35 persons, coffee + catering available as an add-on. Perfect for showers, off-site business meetings, and filming/photoshoots. Maximum capacity is 35 (strict).

the lab
A smaller room with a view of the railroad, perfect for small meetings (not ideal for events or parties). Maximum capacity is 15 (strict).

Q: I'd like to bring in tablecloths for the tables in the back room. How big are they?
A: 28" by 48"
Q: How many people can we fit in the gallery?
A: our current max is 35.
Q: Can we bring in our own food & drinks (like maybe even mimosas)?
A: Of course!
Q: Do you provide plates, glasses and utensils if we bring our own food/drink?
A. We don't, only when catering is ordered from our cafe, which is currently on pause.
Q: Can you provide water?
A: We'd be happy to!
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: your deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations made within 48 hours are charged the full amount.
Q: I reserved the gallery from 1pm-5pm. When can I start setting up?
A: 1PM. ANY DECOR, SET UP & TEAR DOWN MUST HAPPEN WITHIN YOUR GALLERY RESERVATION.
Q: Can we bring candles?
A: FLAMELESS ONLY, THANK YOU!
Q: Can we hang decorations on the walls?
A: YOU MAY AS LONG AS YOU USE DAMAGE-FREE HANGING COMMAND STRIPS AND AT THE END OF YOUR RENTAL, NOTHING NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED, PATCHED UP OR RE-PAINTED.
Q: I'd love to use the gallery for an upcoming meeting/event/shower! How do I book?
A: GET IN TOUCH WITH US! WE'LL GET BACK TO YOU ASAP ON AVAILABILITY. WE ASK FOR A 50% DEPOSIT TO BOOK A DATE.
Q: Can we have live music?
A: WE ASK FOR ACOUSTIC MUSIC ONLY AS WE HAVE HOTEL GUESTS UPSTAIRS. ALL LIVE MUSIC should END BEFORE 8PM.
