Culture C-Street Filming/Shooting Agreement Company Name: * First Name Last Name Production Date: * Rental Start Time * Rental End Time * Permission is hereby granted to the renting company to use the property, Culture C-Street, located at 445 E. Commercial St. Springfield, MO 65803. Permission includes the right to bring personnel and equipment onto the property and to remove them after completion of the work. The permission herein granted shall include the right, but not the obligation, to photograph the actual name connected with the premises and to use such name in the program(s). Patrons and guests of Culture C-Street must not be in any photographs or media footage. Your company hereby agrees to hold Culture C-Street harmless of and free from any and all liability and loss which your company, and/or its affiliates, may suffer for any reason. Your company hereby agrees to respect your rental time as others may have booked the gallery close to your reservation. Because of this, Culture C-Street can't guarantee availability to continue hosting your event should it run overtime; if we are able to continue hosting, we'll adjust your costs accordingly ($50 per extra hour). Your company hereby agrees to keep your filming with the boundaries of the Fireside Gallery space. Please take care when moving furniture around (should anything need repaired or is broken as a result of your rental Culture C-Street will ask you to pay for it).
